Trained as a Preservation Architect, Doug Walter has worked for Larimer Square, the National Park Service, and completed dozens of successful projects in historic districts. He served as a Denver Landmarks Preservation Commissioner from 2014 to 2017, and speaks frequently on preservation, architectural compatibility, and designing additions that "fit", no matter what the original style.

Doug took all my wants, needs, and desires and molded them into the finest Victorian second story in the city of Denver! He is very accessible and very easy to communicate with. He truly cares about the end product of both the home and the relationship with his clients
